Great. This is just what I needed

This morning I woke up to a beautiful message from my website host telling me that my account has been suspended because "it is utilizing an excessive amount of system resources" but they're so sweet and special that immediately offered me an upgrade for the awesome price of $149 a month, isn't that just great? ugh! this is the perfect time for me to use SarkMark for the first time.
There's no way I'm paying that much to maintain a graphics website. No way, no how.
Anyway, I contacted the people who host my forum dogtagsanddiamonds.com and I transfered my website to their servers. They said they will move all my files and things will go back to normal, but so far I don't see any changes. My website is still down and my Cpanel is still empty. I seriously hope they're just working on stuff right now because I can't imagine building that huge website again from scratch.
On more positive news, I received a Today's Best Award from Zazzle for this design:

Owl couple on a branch stamp

At least this cheered me up a little. I did work really hard on those owls after all.
I'm still very stressed out in general. The movers are coming on the 26th to pack everything and on the 27th our stuff will be gone. On the 31st we're moving to a hotel and we'll stay there until the 8th, which is Jason's last day in the Army. We'll get on the road back to New Jersey as soon as possible maybe taking a detour to Mississippi so Jason can visit his family.
I can't believe we'll be finally free. Weird thing is that as much as I hate Texas I'm getting a little sad to leave, I don't even know why.

Baby Fever

Not THAT kind of baby fever though, I never ever get that kind of fever. I love kids (when they're being good) and I'm happy being a mom, but I've never felt the urge to become a mother like some women do. To me, the whole concept of baby fever is completely unknown.
Anyway, what I meant by baby fever is the designing frenzy I went on last night. I just could not stop after one or two designs. "Hi, my name is Melissa and I'm addicted to Zazzle"
And that's how I posted a ton of new baby shower products on my zazzle store.
I love cute stuff, and babies are all about cuteness so I had a lot of fun coming up with these. It made me want to have my own baby shower. Maybe.

These are some of the invitations I made last night.

Welcome signs. These can be as be as big as 69" x 52", it's crazy!!

Most of the time I use my own graphics for my zazzle designs, but this time I decided to use these beautiful graphics from Cocoa Studio Designs I highly recommend her graphics for all scrapbookers and designers out there.

I'll be working on more baby shower designs as soon as I get something done over here. The carpet is certainly not going to vacuum itself *sighs*

Happy New Year!

Since I just can't follow those day by day memes and I didn't finish the December one, I'm just going to give up on that and forget about it.
I'm so happy 2010 is here! this is finally the year when Jason gets out of the military and we move back to New Jersey. I can't believe we'll be there in about 5 weeks!!
I'm so not looking forward to the stress of packing nor to 3 day drive from Texas to New Jersey with a 3 year old, but at least this would be the last time, hopefully.
My resolutions for this year are to overcome my fear of driving and finally get my driver's license (I am 25 for Christ's sake, I HAVE to do this!), drop a couple of pounds so my jeans aren't so tight, and work very hard on my online business until it gets back to what it used to be. Also, I'm going to try to be a better blogger and take pictures more often.
2010 will be an interesting year for us, no more military, no more deployments, welcome to the real world. It sounds a little scary when I think about it but all I can do is hope for the best and trust that we'll be just fine.
Anyway, I'm off to finish my bowl of Special K and workout.

Happy New Year!!
